Compact and Efficient Design

KEB gearmotors feature an integral design that delivers superior space efficiency compared to separate motor and gearbox assemblies. By pressing the high-speed pinion gear directly onto the motor shaft, we eliminate the need for additional couplings while maximizing your available installation space. This integrated approach also reduces potential failure points and maintenance requirements.

 

Flexible Output Options

Understanding that every mixing application has unique spatial and mechanical requirements, KEB offers three primary output configurations to optimize performance and installation efficiency.

 

Hollow Shaft Configuration

Our hollow shaft gearbox output accommodates direct mixer or agitator shaft integration, eliminating additional coupling hardware. Alternatively, it can be paired with solid shaft outputs for applications requiring different mounting configurations.

Right Angle Output

The high-efficiency helical bevel design provides optimal performance for mixing applications requiring right-angle power transmission. Parallel Shaft

Ideal for space-constrained installations, our parallel shaft configuration positions the output shaft along the motor’s backside, minimizing the overall footprint without compromising performance.

NEMA or IEC Compatibility. For applications with existing motor preferences, KEB offers standalone gearboxes with either NEMA or IEC input couplings. Our designs accommodate both AC induction and servo motor integration, providing maximum flexibility in system design.

Reinforced Bearing Systems

Pressure Management
