Show Preview: IMTS 2018

IMTS 2018 starts this week in Chicago, and once again we’re happy to be a part of the show. You can visit us in the East Hall, Level 3, Booth 134152.

Here’s a preview of the technology you can expect to see from KEB America.

Spindle drives

KEB offers high-speed VFDs for precise spindle application control. The drives have flexible communication options so they can be integrated with many third-party PLCs.

CNC control

KEB’s programming software package includes a dedicated CNC HMI and CNC kernel for positioning and speed control. The software can be paired with KEB drives, motors, and HMI to provide ideal control for tool hopper handling, tool types management, system management, path setup, and spindle management.

Remote access

Remote access using the latest VPN Router technology brings IIoT tools to your fingertips. MQTT gateway functionality allows users to create fast and reliable data loggers, alert systems, and more.

Servo motor and drive technology

The S6 Servo Drive is a versatile tool, capable of running different motor types and can use a variety of communication protocols. AC synchronous servo motors from KEB offer dynamic control for cycling and positioning.
