Customer Service Support Specialist

Job Description

KEB AMERICA, Inc., a growing global manufacturer of automation and motion control products, is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist/ Inside Sales to handle all customer requests. This position will handle quotations for inbound requests and contract renewals, process orders, report status, facilitate customer order changes, resolve customer complaints, route inbound calls to proper support area, as well as work closely with outside sales, service and engineering staff to provide customer support to help increase sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Data entry in various platforms- SAP (ERP), CRM (training will be provided)
  • Quote products
  • Proactive approach
  • Work well with a team

Qualifications:

  • At least 2- 3 years’ of relevant work experience preferably within a manufacturing business environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • 2 year Business Associate Degree (required) or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent level of education (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Understanding the of use of SAP ERP and CRM software (training provided)
  • Work well independently as well as with others
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Have attention to detail
  • Able to proficiently read and write in English
  • Able to follow all safety rules
