PRODUCTION: Returns Coordinator

Job Description

The Returns Coordinator is responsible for general administrative tasks, such as entering data, creating and tracking the status of returns, and interacting with customers via phone and email.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and assist with return notifications
  • Check incoming returns in SAP
  • Create Statistic Tracking Notification
  • Create delivery paperwork to return product to customer
  • Create and assist with repair quotations
  • Create and follow up with customers on open repairs
  • Assist with collecting data
  • Coordinate product return to vendors
  • Follow safety rules and keep clean/orderly work area
  • Train employees and customers
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned


Specific Technical Skills (May be learned on the job)

  • Experience in administrative support
  • Basic computer skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to do accurate work at a rapid pace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize
  • Ability to work well independently as well as with others
  • Detail-orientated
  • Ability to multi-task
