PRODUCTION: Mechanical Assembler – ($1500 Sign-On Bonus)

Job Description

KEB America is a leading manufacturer of industrial automation solutions. KEB has openings for 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Mechanical Assemblers. The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for mechanical assemblies and subassemblies for various clutch, brake, and gearmotor product lines.

1st shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm. 2nd Shift is Monday through Thursday, 2:30 pm-1:00 am. Shift differential included. Overtime occurs as needed.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up sheets and read blueprints
  • Pick hardware items
  • Assemble, fit, and install parts to form subassemblies and final assemblies
  • Set up and operate machines, testers and cranes
  • Mount and position materials
  • Install connectors, plus, wire guides, and more
  • Prepare epoxy
  • Cut semi-finished parts
  • Solder
  • Paint
  • Cycle counting
  • Package some products
  • Perform various types of testing
  • Assist other departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

For production hiring, there is a $1,500 sign-on bonus. After being hired, $750 to be paid at six months / $750 to be paid at 1 Year. Non-agency / direct-hire candidates are eligible.
