KEB's F5 is a versatile drive controller, boasting over 150,000 installations in North America. The F5 supports power grades up to 900 kW in demanding applications. It seamlessly controls both asynchronous three-phase motors and synchronous servo motors. Leveraging KEB's Combivis 6 software ensures high-speed performance, torque control, and easy installation and start-up.

F5 encoders cards are dual-channel with different input and output options. Different versions are available to support different formats, including Incremental TTL/HTL, Resolver, BiSS, EnDAT, and Hiperface.
The F5 VFD can run with carrier frequencies up to 16kHz and automatically derates if needed.
