This is an overview of electro-mechanical manufacturing at KEB America. With a rich, 50-year history of designing and manufacturing brake and clutch solutions for automated machines, this is only half of what we offer to customers today. KEB controls, variable frequency drives, and gearmotors offer customers in North America and around the world with a full portfolio of industrial automation solutions. We continue to add new equipment, refine our processes, and improve our production capabilities to meet the needs of our customers. 

Some of the more recently commissioned equipment, such as the bar-fed, twin-turret, and twin-spindle machine in the video below helps us increase throughput and offer high-quality products in a very efficient process. This is just one instance where KEB America is pushing forward with a constant appetite for improved processes and better solutions to serve our customers more effectively.

Many process improvement have been made since the video below was released, but most of the steps in our manufacturing remains the same or similar to what is shown below.
